Insane Creatures
Angela Flo Llinas a.k.a Gelika/ Insane Creatures/ Tyndra) founder of Catar Records was born in Barcelona in 1987. She had her first connection with music through the violin when she was 10 years old, later on at the age of 12 she started listening to electronic music and after a few years she came across Psychedelic Trance music and straight away loved the sound of it. In 2005 she started djing Psytrance and then she moved to the United Kingdom (London) and started to play in the London Psytrance scene. In 2008 she decided to go deeper and started to study Music production at the London School of Sound and a Music Technology Specialist BA (Hons) in the University of West London.
Angela now have a number of releases in different labels around the globe since 2009. Her first EP ‘’Fractal Dreams’’ was in 2011 at Green Wizard Records, her second EP “Complex Behaviour” in 2014 at Purple Hexagon Records; were she also compiled the V.A.’s Quantum Animism 1.0 and 2.0 under the name of Gelika, and she released her first full album ‘’Underwater Mysteries” in 2017 with her Insane Creatures project and now her last EP “Wired Patterns” released on 2020 at Catar Records. Angela also has a faster side project under the name of “Tyndra” and another Psychedelic Trance project “Moirae Somnus” with Daniel Grassman (Isometric), along with her mastering and recording skills (Gelika Mastering Studios). In 2016 she opened her own record label ‘’Catar Records” were she compiled the V.A.“Epiphysis Cerebri”, V.A.“Nepeta Cataria” and V.A.”Novem Vitas”. Now she is working on the second Insane Creatures album, different compilations for Catar Records (Catars/DJ Gelika) and on a number of extra single releases around the globe.
Tyndra

Space Alchemist
Space Alchemist is the name of the side project created by Lucas Leone (Konebu). Lucas explores new tones and textures at faster bpm’s in this new project. From organic to digital, Space Alchemist sound can range from 160 to 200 bpm, always maintaining a paradoxal line between the serene and the aggressive!
Forest Bamp
Forest Bamp, the brainchild of Bam Verdugo, is a dynamic psytrance artist hailing from the vibrant city of Barcelona, Spain. This young and passionate DJ/Producer embarked on a transformative journey through the world of electronic music, eventually discovering his profound connection to the captivating realm of psytrance, with a special affinity for the enigmatic sounds of forest psytrance.
His enthrallment with this genre led him to dive headfirst into the underground Spanish scene, where he became a driving force in spreading the mesmerizing and psychedelic vibes of forest psytrance. In 2015, he inked a deal with Vantara Vichitra Records, catapulting his career to new heights and opening the doors to numerous festival and event opportunities across Europe. While Forest Bamp initially made his mark as a DJ, he couldn’t resist the urge to create his own unique sonic landscapes. Thus began his journey into music production, where he dedicated countless hours to articulating his vision of what psychedelic trance music should be. His creations have found a home in renowned labels such as Parvati Records, Vantara Vichitra, Digital Shiva Power, Urban Antidote, and The Cure.
Mubali
Mubali is the psychedelic trance moniker for Greg Farley. Established in 2003, his journey in musical development allowed him to become involved in the Psychedelic Trance music scene. His career spans nearly two decades with several album releases and many releases on established labels throughout the years.
His sound can be described as a fusion between psychedelic sounds and atmospheres grounded by evocative dance elements. Mubali has performed his compositions in over 29 countries for fans of psychedelic trance and has on occasion performed for up to 6 hours at a time, creating a unique experience for a dancefloor.
Over the past few years, Mubali has been focusing on his education and using the knowledge he has accumulated to help current and future psychedelic trance producers. Since 2019, he has helped many individuals with their own excursions into musical development through his music production tutoring service. He also has a You Tube channel featuring concepts in music production.
Mubali has completed his education at University of California, San Diego and is currently lending his unique talents to Universal Audio. He is still performing and creating new sonic experiences on occasion.
Khromata
Embodying boundless energy, elegance, and power, Khromata is among the most internationally admired and recognized American psytrance DJs. A label DJ for the legendary Iboga Records, she brings infectious enthusiasm, musical versatility, and technical mastery to her performances, each set a unique blend of sounds, style, and substance.
Her musical repertoire is as wide-reaching as her global career, spanning progressive and psychedelic trance, progressive house, psydub, and psybreaks. Khromata has brought her broad-spectrum high-energy sets to major US cities like San Francisco, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Seattle, with her international appearances including Germany, the UK, Denmark, Mexico, Canada, Hungary, Panama, South Africa, New Zealand, and Ukraine.
Over the last decade, she has played at the most respected international electronic music festivals, among them Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), Ozora Festival, Boomtown Fair, Noisily Festival, Antaris Project, Lightning in a Bottle, Tribal Gathering, Love & Light, Eclipse Festival Canada, Motion Notion, Symbiosis and more, and she is a regular DJ for Dreamstate.

Xelph
Xelph is the project of USA-based producer and DJ Gryphon (Wolf) O’Shea. With years of deep roots in the production of experimental Breakcore and IDM, his recent years have been dedicated entirely to bringing his passion for production to the worldwide dancefloor of the psychedelic scene which had been his family for years. Merging his past skillsets with Modular Synthesizers and unique DIY musical equipment to the digital world of traditional psytrance production, he constantly strives to push the boundaries of traditional psychedelic music production into his own style. With productions ranging from Forest-Hi Tech-Darkpsy, his sets always tell a story personally engineered for each specific dancefloor, through many tempos and styles. As long as it is deep, intelligent, psychedelic, and grooving, he strives to achieve a full spectrum of styles on the darker side of psytrance. The goal is not dive deep into the darkness, but to bring out a beauty in it to provide the best experience for THE DANCEFLOOR. Lali Shyama
Lali Shyama is a DJ and producer who grew up spinning records in the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara underground jungle music scene and since 2017 has been involved in the West Coast psytrance community. With releases on Pelorum Records, among other labels, Lali Shyama paints a whimsical portrait of her own unique playful sound that doesn’t shy away from deeper undertones and stoic journeys through the darkness. By merging these dichotomous elements, Lali Shyama guides the dancer on a soulful journey to transcendent realms where they may savor a glimpse of the cosmic oneness that unites us all.
Judge Ming
Judge Ming started out young as she stumbled into an Alice in Wonderland themed psytrance party and fell down the Rabbit Hole, deep in the Undergrounds of the Finnish music scene. Her profound love for psytrance intertwined with her creative musical expression of the darkest corners of her mind turned into Light when she unleashed her first twisted calls of Forest Psy.
Her journey began in Europe and came full circle, back to Vancouver, DJ-ing across Canada and America and has played at many much loved festivals like Master of Puppets, Kosmos Festival, Tribal Gathering, Texas Eclipse, Sacred Earth, Motion Notion, Star Camp Shasta and counting. Judge Ming has since joined the world renowned forest psy label, Vantara Vichitra Records and is the Canadian Ambassador of Masters of Puppets and Mo:Dem. While her footsteps crossed continents, her psytrance crawled from a banging 148 bmp to a dark and gnawing 158 bpm, growing increasingly darker and more full power. Her style can be described as deep, hypnotic soundscapes with energetic running basslines infused with sonic influences from Central Finland.
Judge Ming’s love for psytrance goes beyond just making it, but unfurls into curating the stages and organizing the playgrounds it takes for the Psytrance Community to come to Life. She partnered up to expand the underground culture with a collective called “Matrices and Vortices”. She is the mastermind behind Vancouver’s monthly Algorithm: Bicycle Night, which showcased psytrance DJs of various styles. Inspired, in 2018, she began as the Head Organizer of the 6th Dimension Festival in BC which has become a Haven to the hearts of many on the West Coast of Canada, pulling in community from across the Continent. Sunchild
Sunchild is the psychedelic trance project of San Francisco-based
producer and DJ, Adam Heckart. Since 2005, he has been crafting
hypnotic rhythms and immersive soundscapes, bringing a unique
energy and flow to the trance dance experience. His music is an
ever-evolving journey—sometimes deep and atmospheric, other
times surging with high-intensity grooves and unstoppable
dancefloor momentum—but always designed to move the body and
elevate the spirit.

Gil’s final compilations. His sets, infused with raw energy and
intricate sound design, have resonated across dancefloors at

Paradigm
Known for his detailed and surgical mixing style, a well curated taste of music and the ability to weave a story through a set regardless of style or time of day. Paradigm is a DJ’s DJ. A rare slice of the old school that still believes in the “art of the mix” and the story telling journey aspect of a performance.
Residing in Los Angeles since 2013, Paradigm has found himself a mainstay of the United States Psychedelic scene for multiple generations having previously called San Francisco, Denver and the American Midwest as home. As both an event promoter and DJ he has long brought forth an ethic of professionalism and exceptionalism.
The years have seen him associated with many major players in the global scene. As a promoter, he is an integral part of the Pulse Events team, an event organization that can easily be argued as being the most internationally regarded Psychedelic production crew in the United States. Wearing his DJ hat as he refers to it, Paradigm has been a label DJ for Blacklite Records and United Beats and farther in the past for Maia and Mindfunk records. With multiple well charted compilations to his name, he continues to show that his finger is always on the pulse Trance, no matter the era.
Today he heads North America’s most dynamic and forward thinking Psychedelic Trance label Sculpted Sounds. With Sculpted Sounds he aims to raise the overall global impact of North American Full On artists and their presence on the global stage.
Kanaiiya
Kanaiiya is a dynamic Psychedelic Trance project by Murli, a prominent figure in San Francisco’s psychedelic community. The name “Kanaiiya,” meaning Krishna, symbolizes Murli’s profound commitment to melodic storytelling and psychedelic tradition.
Rooted deeply in the hypnotic vibes of Goa’s legendary trance scene and inspired by psychedelic rock icons like Pink Floyd and Grateful Dead, Murli blends spiritual narrative and musical creativity to deliver unforgettable dance experiences. Ghost Noize
Ghost Noize of Bosque Records is a full-power DJ and a master of nighttime and forest psychedelic trance, bringing raw intensity to every set he plays. His journey began with a love for psychedelic rock and expanded through punk rock, jazz, metal and stoner rock. When he first encountered psychedelic trance music in China he was intensely hooked by this powerful music, and soon found himself behind the decks playing everything from underground parties to massive festivals across Southeast Asia.
Now Based in North Carolina, Ghost Noize continues to push the boundaries of dark, hypnotic sounds with his toxic mixing and relentless track selections. Psilovybe
One of the founding members or Simpler Times Events in San Diego, Psilovybe has been DJing and producing events since 2010. He is known for playing multiple genres including techno, trance, psytrance, drum and bass and progressive, and breaks. Often mixing multiple genres and subgenres together to create a unique sound for every set. While usually being spotted turning up dust in the Mojave desert, he has also been seen playing tunes as far north as Oregon and east in Las Vegas. He just recently was added as a resident DJ for the Desert Escape and Monarch Metamorphosis crews. With a wide range of sounds, he is prepared to bring the weirdness at any hour.
Taika
Growing up in India, Taika’s world was shaped by the pulsating rhythms of psytrance. His journey began at local gatherings and parties in Goa, where he and his closest friends immersed themselves in the psychedelic soundscape. As he delved deeper into the scene, his musical horizons expanded to embrace the diverse spectrum of subgenres.
Eager to explore the depths of this sonic universe, he gravitated towards the sounds that resonated the most with him—from the shadowy realms of darkpsy to the earthy, organic, layered atmospheres of forest and the high-energy frequencies of hi-tech. His understanding of psychedelic music translates into sets that are groove-driven, dark, and ritualistic, designed to move both the mind and body.

Forresta
FORRESTA brings light to the dark side of sound. DJing since 2017, she thrives off hard bass lines, deep freaky sounds and hypnotic rhythms. Embracing PsyTrance from progressive to hitech, FORRESTA showcases a spectrum of energies and styles without discrimination.
Originally from Los Angeles, she grew up immersed in the underground rave scene since 2005, dancing to every genre from PsyTrance, house, techno, drum and bass to hardcore, industrial and hardstyle.
With a passion and focus on community and growth in the PsyTrance world, she organizes events with her teams collectives, Forrest Functions, Ecstatic Death Cult and CLTV808, giving opportunities for new and seasoned artists to share their talent with the public in a unique and welcoming environment.
Kujata
Kujata is a dark psychedelic trance project from Karl Hartwig (Chile) started in 2011 and focused on experimental sound design , obscure atmospheres and a twisted trance storytelling in a wide range of fast bpms and styles.
The project has released hours of music in singles, EP’s and LP’s in diverse psychedelic labels worldwide, collaborating and performing with big artists and friends in the scene.
Karl has delivered intense and eclectic psychedelic journeys to the raver family with his music on different venues around LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile) and U.S.
Nowadays Kujata is experimenting with other genres and inspirations as his mind and passion are constantly creating and expanding into new musical scenarios.
Deepsky
Shaull is a true tranceplant from Israel, where he was first exposed to the world of Psytrance back in the 90’s. Drawn in by the pulsating beats and hypnotic melodies, Shaull quickly became a devoted fan of the genre, attending festivals and renegades for over 25 years.
Having studied drums as a teen, music has always been a passion for Shaull. But it wasn’t until 4 years ago that he discovered his newfound love of DJing. Since then, Shaull has been honing his skills and mastering the art of mixing.
But Shaull’s love for Psytrance doesn’t stop there. In 2017, he founded Heaven on Earth Darkpsy events, dedicating his time and energy to producing unforgettable festival experiences for the Psytrance community.

FOE’XAN is a visionary project forged in the crucible of wicked imagination by Foezan Sheikh. Hailing from the birthplace of psytrance, India, and brought up in the Middle East, he returned to his roots in India in 2016. Intoxicated aka Dmitry Vulfovich, one of the original psychedelic family members in Northern California. Tugadoom
Tugadoom is a project of Jordan Snyman hailing from South Africa. In these times of extreme conflict in our communities, countries and planet, Tugadoom plans to use his set time to project a loud message of love, unity and rebirth to assist the dancefloor to tune back into the frequency of our Heaven on Earth.
Tugadoom is notorious for exploring the darker sides of psychedelic trance music, creating complex experimental and passionate compositions. Originally a beatboxer, who competed in the American Beatbox championship, he infuses his two passions by using a vocal loop station to create live atmospheres, leads and FXs while DJing.

Shiver
Born in India, Arun moved to Saudi Arabia where he grew up with Rock and Roll and Heavy Metal music. After coming to SoCal for higher education in 2001, he was exposed to Grunge Rock and gravitated to collecting Jazz and Funk vinyl during grad school. Here he experienced music at scale, attending large EDM festivals such as Electric Forest, EDC, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo. His love for magic experienced as a journey through dance floor energy was born.
Arun started experiencing faster basslines through Techno upon moving to the Bay area in 2018. Life took him away from his passion of music, having lost his father and going through a difficult divorce. Walking Lake Merritt at the tail end of the Pandemic, Arun was connected cosmically and spontaneously to an individual who invited him to Psytrance parties such as Sammi’s Lake Merritt Forrest Function parties and he was invited to stay with 2 roommates in Oakland (Viśvāmitr and Luzidtrip) who inspired him to listen to Dark Psy and Hitech music and opened him up to the love of Goa Gil. Attending psytrance house parties, Lake Parties, Santa Cruz beach parties, Heaven on Earth and DNA Lounge, Arun was encouraged to play music in late 2023. After participating in several intentional Psychedelic Ceremonies to lift his wellbeing, Arun participated as a Facilitator to hold space for others in their psychedelic journeys, and understood that music is an expression of life and processing emotions in flow. Named after the lord Shiva, his DJ project Shiver was born in early 2024 among friends of Fractal Factory who have a love of Psychedelics used for common good.
